Where's "Extreme Home Makeover" when you need them?
We started our makeover with the game room. We decided to do this room first and then stuff all our precious crap in that room while we do the rest of the house. Our good friends Nevin and Dina helped us out tremendously!
Roy (Barb's brother) and his daughter helped us drywall and spackle.
Sometimes you get creative when you get bored painting.
Another great friend, Mark Wickey, helped us install the doors...( I bet all our "out of state" friends are glad they live so far away...we are really nice to work for though :)
Here it is, finally finished...I think the reason I don't look happy is because I just realized all that work and we have 13 more rooms to go.

Wow! I'm so impressed...just wish you all lived up here for my "little projects" (Linn does too I'm sure). It would be fun to be down there helping...minus my little "helpers". Keep up the good work!
It looks great! Too bad you couldn't do "Trading Spaces" to help reduce the load a bit! :)
Okay, so we keep checking, but not much seems to change. Have you done more of the 13 rooms or are you just having too much fun crusing? We're nosy and want the details!
